WHO: We are looking for you to nominate the following:
Police Officers
Firefighters
EMS
Doctors
Nurses
CNAs
Any Medical Professional
All Armed Forces, Reserves, Active or Veterans

WHAT: A small committee will vote on the nominees. Thirty will be chosen for a complimentary photo session with Melissa M. Harden at her studio. There is NO FEE for this photo session!

WHERE: Studio 21 in Mattoon, IL

WHEN: All nominees MUST be submitted by MIDNIGHT on February 25, 2020. Once the heroes have been chosen, Melissa will call them to congratulate and schedule their complimentary photo session.

WHY: This project is to honor those who work hard to save lives and our freedoms. They do not see themselves as heroes but we do! It's their time to shine and to be honored!

HOW: Answer the questions in the form. Elaborate! Give details of why this person should be chosen. The judges will vote on all nominees based on the information you provide.

WHAT THEN? When all of the thirty heroes have been photographed, there will be a public reveal and reception. There, they will get to see the results of their photo session.

REVEAL: Place, date, and time to be announced.

CAN WE ORDER THE PORTRAITS? Yes. There will be an opportunity to order the portraits at the reveal event.

RULES: All hero nominees must live in a 30 mile radius of Mattoon, IL and be one of the professionals or services mentioned above.

Of all the projects I have completed, this is my personal favorite. I highly admire those who work so hard to save lives and defend our freedoms.

They do not see themselves as a heroes yet you and I know in our hearts they are indeed.
